Terms of Use ("Terms")
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stride Rides mobile application ("App") operated by Carpoll Ltd. By signing up for or using our App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for an account on the Stride App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
3. Uber Vouchers
Uber Vouchers are subject to limited availability and have no cash value. Each code is valid for one-time use only, but users may generate unlimited codes depending on their account balance within the Stride Rides app. There is no maximum discount per redemption and no limit on the number of trips per account. To redeem the discount, the voucher must be applied in the Payment section of the Uber app prior to requesting a trip. Uber Vouchers are valid for one year and can only be used for rides made through the applicable Uber app. Taxes and other fees are covered if the voucher value exceeds the total order amount. The offer is non-transferable and subject to change or cancellation at any time. Any issues with the redemption or use of the Uber Voucher should be directed to the Stride Rides support team.
4. Stride Currency System
Stride users earn in-app currency, which can be redeemed for vouchers. The accumulation of Stride currency is based on survey participation and streaks. Stride currency has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
5. Streaks
Users can maintain streaks by participating in surveys consistently. Streaks may lead to bonuses or increased reward rates. Stride reserves the right to modify or discontinue streak rewards at any time.
6. FlixBus Vouchers
FlixBus vouchers are subject to expiration and are valid until 18 December 2025. These vouchers cannot be used during the Easter period (16 April - 21 April each year).
7. Gett Vouchers
Gett vouchers are valid until 31 December 2025. Users are responsible for checking expiry dates with Gett before attempting to redeem them.
8. Voucher Expiry and Provider Acceptance
Users are responsible for verifying voucher expiry dates with the respective provider. In case a provider decides not to accept the vouchers for any reason, Stride Rides holds no liability.
9. Referral Terms
Referral program terms are subject to change at any time. Stride Rides reserves the right to modify referral incentives, eligibility criteria, and other referral program terms at its sole discretion.
10. Survey Payments
There is no fixed payment for surveys. Compensation varies per survey and per user. Stride Rides reserves the right to modify survey rewards at any time.
11. Nature of Vouchers
Vouchers offered through Stride Rides are discounts provided by mobility service providers. They are not real money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. App Usage
Users may not share their account with others. Each account is meant for individual use only. Multiple accounts held by one user are not permitted.
13. Account Registration
When creating an account, users are required to provide accurate information during the onboarding survey. The data provided will help match users with relevant surveys based on their demographic profile. The more information provided, the more opportunities users will have to earn rewards.
14. User Responsibilities
Users must provide genuine and accurate information at all times.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and not share them with third parties.
15. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Share or disclose their account details with others.
Attempt to manipulate the App or bypass its security features.
Submit false or misleading information or responses.
Use automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorized tools to interact with the App.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and intellectual property within the App, including but not limited to the Stride brand, trademarks, and software, are owned by Carpoll Ltd. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without explicit permission.
17. Payments and Refunds
The App does not handle any payments or provide refunds.
18. Termination of Account
Users can delete their account at any time by contacting Carpoll Ltd or through the App settings. Carpoll Ltd reserves the right to terminate any account if users violate these Terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
Carpoll Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, to the extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to loss of earnings or data. Carpoll Ltd follows industry best practices to minimize risk but cannot guarantee complete security or availability of the App at all times.
20. Changes to Terms
Carpoll Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users are responsible for checking our website regularly for any updates. Continued use of the App following any changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
